How does Coaching work?

CDT (CoachDevelopTransform.com) will partner with Principals to create personalised action plans that focus on positive change and the achievement of professional and personal goals. We know that a successful coaching relationship is built on trust, open communication and absolute confidentiality. We can assure you that confidentiality is guaranteed at all times.

CDT uses the latest and most effective leadership coaching techniques to ensure your success. We take a holistic approach and combine insightful Assessments, 1:1 Coaching, Face-to-Face Group Workshops, Practical learning sessions, Web –based workshops, to help you achieve your objectives.

We understand the importance of a good fit between the client and the coach and that personal chemistry is essential for a successful coaching relationship. This is why our Coaching kickstarts with a “Chemistry Check Meeting” to ensure a good fit between client and coach and to facilitate a deeper understanding of your expectations. This will be followed by six 1:1 Coaching Sessions delivered over a one year period. A final meeting to review progress will take place 6 months after the 6th coaching session.
