Testimonials
“Engaging with coaching through CSL has been the best decision I made, both professionally and personally. It has had a huge impact on helping me prioritise my needs and perspectives, allowing me to identify and accept the type of leader and person I am, but also what I strive to be. From our first meeting, Carmel was an invaluable support, providing me with a sanctuary to think about the emotion and rationale behind my decisions for my school and for myself. She helped me reconnect with my values and provided me with an opportunity to plan sustainable, doable tasks. Carmel is kind, passionate and optimistic. She has a positive, constructive approach to coaching and I would highly recommend her.”
“Carmel worked with me to set personal goals and at each session she gave me the motivation and the encouragement to work towards them. I became more objective and I was able to use this skill in my personal and professional life. I got time to talk, to think, to argue, to listen and be listened to, with me being the priority, something I am not usually comfortable doing. My experience was thought-provoking, life changing and the chance to meet an incredibly genuine person. Finding the right coach is the key to achieving your goal and Carmel is an excellent coach.”
